1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer calculated shipping rates based on your location and order weight.

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 - ₹90 (depending on weight).

• Free Shipping: Valid on orders above ₹999.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Since we ship fresh from our facility in Nimbahera (Rajasthan), please allow the following timelines:

• Rajasthan & North India: 3-5 Business Days

• Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS to trace your package.
