Refund Policy 

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (edible Kacchi Ghani oils, seeds, and pulses), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or if the packaging seal is broken. This is a standard health and safety requirement.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged bottle or packet, please email us a photo of the damage at namaste@maatirafoods.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and issue a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the courier has picked up the package, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
